Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures production uses correct measuring devices and recipes are followed.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including Weights & Measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties with price accuracy.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
