You will label, date, rotate, and stock items while providing friendly, efficient service and adhering to health and safety standards. This role emphasizes strong teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to perform diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Eight hour shifts with standing/walking 6–8 hours.
• Work shifts include nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• WFM standards apply for labeling, dating, rotation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, covering and rotation of items.
• Confirm products meet WFM quality and preparation guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using prescribed forms.
• Use correct measuring devices and follow all recipes.
• Help customers understand differences between WFM and conventional products.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
