Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking entry-level Team Members to support Prepared Foods operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with production, labeling, dating, and rotating items while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role includes engaging with customers, maintaining clean prep areas, and following all SOPs and health regulations. You will contribute to merchandising and provide excellent service on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to estimate batch yields and prep needs.
• Ability to access market conditions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist production for Prepared Foods venues.
• Label, date, cover, and rotate prepared foods.
• Ensure quality and proper prep of products per guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage with forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Help customers understand differences between WFM and other stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales via proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary working/shopping environments.
