Job summary

Whole Foods Market Milford is seeking Team Members to perform prep, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of Prepared Foods. You will provide friendly, efficient service, follow SOPs, and help on the floor with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities include production support, proper labeling, waste tracking, recipe adherence, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Flexibility with shifts and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Enjoys natural foods and Whole Foods mission.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
