Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to prepare, serve, sanitize, and stock products while delivering courteous, friendly service to customers and teammates. You will follow SOPs, support store programs, and help on the floor as needed.

This role requires strong product knowledge, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with labeling, dating, rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe work and shopping area, with flexible hours including

Responsibilities

Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
Ensures product production uses correct measuring devices and recipes are followed.
Helps customers understand the difference between WFM products and products at conventional stores.
Maintains clean walk-ins and freezers.
Arrives on time and participates in trainings and meetings.
Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
Maximizes sales through proper stocking and merchandising practices.
Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
