Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, covering, and rotation.
• Maintain product quality per WFM guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follow recipes using correct measuring devices.
• Assist customers in understanding WFM vs conventional products.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, weights & measures procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
