Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level team members to assist in prepared foods preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will ensure products are properly labeled, rotated, and comply with health and safety standards while delivering courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities include assisting with production, maintaining clean work areas, and promoting sales through effective merchandising.

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to make an adequate number of recipes per shift based on batch size.
• Good communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, coverage, and rotation of products.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Provide courteous customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
