Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered and rotated.
• Ensure product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensure production uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Help customers understand the difference between WFM products and conventional stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs and use suggestive selling techniques.
