• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follow recipes and measurement devices accurately.
• Help customers understand WFM vs conventional products.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling.
