Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support prepared foods production, labeling, stocking, and customer service. You will ensure quality, proper labeling, and safe handling while helping customers compare WFM products with conventional options.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to health and safety standards. Flexible shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk 6-8 hours per day.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, uses suggestive selling techniques, and answers phones promptly.
