You will rotate stock, assist customers, maintain clean walk-ins and freezers, follow recipes, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling prepared foods and labeling, dating, and rotation.
• Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Understanding of health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist with production for Prepared Foods venues.
• Label, date, initial, cover, and rotate prepared foods.
• Ensure product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Assist customers and demonstrate suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean walk-ins and freezers.
• Attend required trainings and shifts on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain clean working/shopping environment; maintain equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
