Whole Foods Market in Chicago is seeking a Team Member to support prepared foods, customer service, and daily operations. You will help with production, labeling, rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while assisting customers and colleagues on the floor.

Typical duties include following recipes, proper dating, sanitation guidelines, and engaging with customers to explain product differences from conventional stores. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle high-traffic periods and meet customer needs.
• Basic understanding of health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production follows recipes and measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional stores.
• Maintains clean, organized walk-ins and freezers.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings.
