You’ll help customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional stores while keeping the department well-organized and safe. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a passion for natural foods.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, covering and rotation of products.
• Ensures products meet WFM quality and prep guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follows recipes and uses correct measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand WFM products vs. conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storing, rotating, stocking and merchandising.
• Follows health, safety and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Maintains clean and safe work and shopping environments.
