Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club is hiring a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead in Littleton, CO. You will supervise a team of hourly associates, drive sales in prepared foods, and ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across rotisserie, cafe, and fresh areas.

You will leverage digital tools to plan shifts, train staff, and uphold company programs and policies while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Prepared Foods and Café team to meet sales goals and maintain quality.
• Supervise hourly associates, ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other leaders to deliver on the department and club goals.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan, execute production and improve the guest experience.
