Job summary

Walmart Logan is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly team members who prepare and serve meals to members, ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club's goals, model Walmart values, and leverage digital tools to improve operations and member experience in a fast-paced retail environment in Logan, UT.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods and cafe team to meet business goals and deliver great member service.
• Supervise hourly associates and ensure quality and safety standards across departments.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to execute company programs and achieve the club's targets.
• Leverage digital tools to plan, execute, and monitor production and inventory.
