Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly associates serving meals to members. You will model expertise in Prepared Foods, collaborate with other leaders, and ensure the club meets member expectations.

You will lead a team across caf, rotisserie, and other prepared areas, manage rotations, ensure compliance, and leverage digital tools to improve operations and member experience. Benefits include health and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader supervising the prepared foods departments and drive the business plan.
• Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations, quality, safety and compliance.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure staffing levels, audit/compliance standards, and merchandise displays meet plans.
• Teach and train the team, identify training needs and develop staff.
