Giant Eagle, Inc. in Meadville, PA is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Leader to oversee the Prepared Foods Team at two locations, guiding Team Members and guests to create great meals and learn the latest in the case.

You will coach staff, ensure the department runs smoothly, promote inclusion and diversity, and uphold professional standards while driving sales and controlling labor costs. This role offers growth and a path to leadership within our retail operation.

Competenze

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• Experience Desired: retail leadership or supervisory role; demonstrated product knowledge; solid performance history
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent

Mansioni

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Assess Team Members’ productivity for promotions or changes in status.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints.
• Discipline Team Members.
• Plan and assign the work.
• Ensure safety and security of the store.
• Manage the department budget.
• Manage inventory for the department.
• Monitor compliance measures.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Provide motivational leadership and foster inclusion and diversity.
