Qualifications

• Retail experience or Store Leader recommendation.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Assess Team Members’ productivity and potential for promotions.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints.
• Discipline Team Members.
• Plan the work and assign tasks.
• Ensure safety and security of Team Members and store.
• Manage the department budget and inventory.
• Monitor compliance measures across the department.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Provide motivational leadership with respect and inclusion.
• Develop future leaders and succession opportunities.
• Promote an inclusive environment with diverse voices.
