Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Labels, dates, covers, monitors quality, and rotates items.
• Monitors levels and replenishes stock in a timely manner.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports selling techniques.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows health, safety, and SOPs.
• Reports safety hazards and performs opening/closing duties as assigned.
