Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Team Member to support cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars. You will prepare items per recipes, label and date products, rotate stock, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Provide courteous, efficient service to customers and Team Members, assist with shelving and merchandising, and follow health regulations and store procedures to protect product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors freshness.
• Monitors levels and replenishes promptly.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides courteous, efficient service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures on weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work and shopping environment; keeps units organized.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; verifies signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
