Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Produces items per recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors freshness and stock.
• Replenishes stock and maintains safe, clean work area.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling.
• Maintains proper signs, pricing, and adherence to health and safety rules.
• Reports safety hazards and follows opening/mid/closing duties.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
