• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors freshness.
• Replenishes food levels in a timely manner.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists customers as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in work area and equipment.
• Ensures accurate signs and pricing; reports safety hazards promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
