Job summary

• Experience with ECRS POS system and processes preferred.
• Serve Safe certification acquired as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Prepared Foods department, especially Cheese.
• Promote Cheese and Prepared Foods sales; consult with customers.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and special promotions.
• Follow guidelines from merchandisers to protect margins.
