Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods team across departments to meet business goals.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Manage seasonality, production plans and cross‑training across areas.
• Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales and ensure product quality.
• Take ownership of profitability, staffing, audits and compliance in the prepared foods area.
