Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes food for preparation via proper buying procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and shrink; supports inventory goals.
• Assists with counter service and cooks as needed.
• Communicates ordering needs with Kitchen Manager and team.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and assists in pricing accuracy.
