Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, covered, and rotated.
• Maintains product quality, cleanliness, and proper storage.
• Documents waste and spoilage using forms.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; handles pricing accuracy.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
