Job summary

GTA is seeking a detail-oriented Prepaid Coordinator to support daily operations of its Prepaid Wireless channel in Guam. You will collaborate with Retail, Prepaid Marketing, and reseller partners to coordinate logistics, merchandising, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials and smooth execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer experience, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented with ability to follow through.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience beneficial.
• Ability to lift and transport marketing materials; travel locally to reseller sites.
• Regular, punctual attendance; ability to work any shift and weekends.
• Guam Driver’s License and willingness to travel to reseller locations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Reseller relationships: act as primary contact for assigned resellers and address inquiries.
• Promotional execution: coordinate briefs, campaigns, and training materials with field teams and resellers.
• Merchandising: ensure in-store displays and POS signage are up to date.
• Data analysis: collect and analyze sales/marketing data and provide insights.
• Issue resolution: troubleshoot reseller orders, activations, or promotions.
• Operational support: manage orders, inventory tracking, and invoicing coordination with Accounting.
• Logistics and delivery: coordinate delivery of phones, SIM kits, and materials.
• SIM provisioning: work with technical teams on SIM activation and data entry.
• Merchandising support: assist with in-store setup and maintenance of displays.
• Inventory management: monitor levels of distribution materials.
• Administrative duties: maintain records and reseller communications.
• Promotional execution: assist with distribution of marketing materials and campaign compliance.
• Reporting: provide weekly logistics/merchandising reports to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
