• Use ovens per recipes.
• Ensure products are prepared on schedule.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Wear gloves when using a knife.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized.
• Prepare required prep on time to support front-line.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
