Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our back-of-house team. Under the Kitchen Team Leader, PrepStaff will follow all food specs and prep ingredients, supporting environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep all Just Salad items to recipe cards and specs
• Use oven per recipes
• Ensure all products day dots as prepared
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Wear cut gloves when using knives
• Clean/organize walk-in refrigerator
• Prepare prep in required time to come to work on front line
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized
