CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Prep/Pantry Cook for Hush Public House, an upscale restaurant known for its chef-driven, seasonal New American cuisine. You will help prepare fresh ingredients that support nightly dinner service and work with Chef Zach's culinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other mise en place for nightly dinner service.
• Assemble and plate salads, appetizers, and cold pantry items with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, rotation, and inventory.
• Support the line during service and work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
