Job summary

Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is seeking an Entry level Prep Pantry Cook to join our kitchen in Church Rock, NM. You will assist with cold food preparation and ensure production requirements and procedures are followed to support high quality meals.

Under the direction of the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef, or Executive Chef, you will help maintain a clean, safe, accident-free kitchen and support daily operations with a focus on consistency and efficiency in a busy casino dining environment.
