Job summary

Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is seeking an entry-level Prep Pantry Cook to support our kitchen team. Under general direction from the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef, you will prepare cold food items in line with production requirements and policies.

You will maintain food preparation standards to ensure a safe, accident-free environment and assist with daily kitchen operations as needed in a casino dining setting.
