Qualifications

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience (prep, line, or both).
• Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepping produce, proteins, sauces, and garnishes to spec.
• Cooking and plating dishes during service with consistency and care.

• Washing dishes during the day.
• Managing inventory and minimizing waste.
• Communicating clearly with the rest of the team.
• Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
