Qualifications

• Must have a prior food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and follows HACCP guidelines.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy.
