Qualifications

• State required certification preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of BOH systems, ordering, and inventory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with kitchen tech.

• Check the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor and rotate stock to ensure fresh ingredients at all times.
• Participate in other projects and activities as assigned.
• Assist with ordering and inventory.

Job description

These Prep and Line Cooks are responsible for food/meal preparation according to menu specifications using various ingredients and cooking techniques. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position and reports to the F&B Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for meal preparation

• Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, serve, etc.
