Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Prep Lead to oversee the Prep department's efficient processing of ingredients on the first shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM). This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to guide team members and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will train staff, drive on-time production, minimize waste, manage inventory, and uphold HACCP, GMP, and allergen controls. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a line and coordinating team during a shift.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and allergen protocols.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory.
• Willingness to work early shifts and weekends as needed.
