Roots Natural Kitchen in Columbus, OH seeks a Prep Crewmember to join our kitchen team. You will operate prep stations, assist with back-of-house tasks, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized every shift.

We value a friendly, team-oriented attitude, flexibility in scheduling, and a willingness to learn. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour (tips included) with growth opportunities and benefits after a period of employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper food handling methods
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station
• Prepare delicious food, day-in and day-out
• Maintain positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts
• Report to Kitchen Leader with any food quality concerns
• Follow all recipes and instructions, with guidance from the Kitchen Manager
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment, as needed
