Job summary

Roots Natural Kitchen is seeking a Prep Crewmember to support daily kitchen operations and help the back-of-house team keep the prep stations stocked and organized. You will prep ingredients and contribute to a clean, efficient kitchen environment.

The role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour (including tips) with opportunities to grow, a flexible schedule, and access to health benefits after probation. A supportive team and positive, fast-paced atmosphere are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper food handling methods
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station
• Prepare delicious food, day-in and day-out
• Maintain positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts
• Report to Kitchen Leader with any food quality concerns
• Follow all recipes and instructions, with guidance from the Kitchen Manager
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment, as needed
