Job summary

Nelson Bros. Restaurant is seeking Prep Cooks to prepare high-quality food and support daily kitchen operations. Roles include cooking, cleaning, stocking, rotating products, prepping ingredients, and maintaining workstations to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

Starting pay is $15/hour with full and part-time positions available. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, keeping the line stocked, and assisting other cooks as needed.

Qualifications

Description: Prepare high-quality food that reflects Nelson Bros. Restaurant’s commitment to exceptional preparation and presentation. Support daily kitchen operations by cooking, cleaning, stocking, rotating product, prepping ingredients, and maintaining workstations to keep the kitchen running efficiently. We offer full and part-time positions with starting pay of $15/hour.

• Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist other cooks and support other kitchen areas as needed
