Retail/Line Prep Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail/Line Prep Associate to join our high-volume retail preparation team.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour, based on experience. Offers training for candidates eager to learn and develop skills.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Required attributes: enjoys fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with a team of five, demonstrates strong dependability and positive work ethic. Reliability and willingness to learn are essential.

• Application of professional culinary techniques and procedures
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following company procedures and recipes.
• Rotate refrigerated products and dry goods in accordance with company-approved policies and procedures, always using the FIFO method.
• Maintain the proper temperatures for all foods and coolers and freezers.
• Wrap, label, date and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and quality under strict sanitary guidelines.
