AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Prep Cook for the Little Greek at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. This part-time role supports daily kitchen prep, food assembly, and customer-focused service in a family-oriented team environment.

Ideal candidates have culinary experience or education, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer service mindset to help deliver high-quality meals and great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amounts of food according to daily prep sheets.
• Gather salads and sandwich ingredients, wash, chop, slice, dice and assemble for customers.
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards and recipes.
• Manage food inventory when necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary saladsandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing chopping slicing dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes quality standards and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
