Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook/Utility Worker to support our dining services. You will contribute to signature dining programs, execute à la minute cooking, and work with a dedicated team in a modern kitchen using top equipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food quality, and resident satisfaction. We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00/hr for prep cook and $15.50/hr for utility worker, plus PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k with a 3% company match,

• Weekend and holiday availability required.

• Ability to work in varying kitchen temperatures.

. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.

How you will make an impact

• Assist in the consistent preparation all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station
• Use your culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction
• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

What you will need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
