You will work with a team to prep, stock, and prepare products for service, support dishwashing as needed, and contribute to a positive, guest-focused dining experience.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred and a willingness to learn is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a prep cook

Responsibilities

• Proper storage of products in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer; keep dry storage organized.
• Prep and prepare food to ensure a successful shift and assist with other duties in the kitchen.
• Maintain dishwashing station and support team to uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
