Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
• Support during peak periods to ensure timely service.
• Handle knives and kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
