Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role supports line cooks and pantry, assists with food preparation, and maintains a clean, safe prep area, walk-in cooler and freezer.

A positive, upbeat attitude is essential in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling knives and kitchen equipment, ensuring food safety, and helping maintain organization throughout the kitchen.

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
