Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Line Cook - SSH to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes by broiling, grilling and sautéing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to tables, following recipes and presentation standards.

The position requires a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods. Salary range depends on experience; employees are eligible for ancillary benefits listed in team member benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to broil, grille and/or saute, and to handle knives.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
