Provincial Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals according to standardized recipes, coordinate production with serving times, and ensure food quality and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year job related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and therapeutic diets.
• Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
• Food Services Sanitation Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner.
• Determines food and supplies needed and coordinates meal production with serving hours.
• Monitors all food items to uphold temperature, taste, and quality standards.
• Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods per menu and recipes.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversees food storage; checks labels and dates.
• Completes cleaning duties.
• Follows local, state, and federal food handling policies.
• Maintains food safety records.
