• Perform basic prep cooking such as baking, frying, sautéing and steaming.
• Maintain quality by inspecting produce and rotating stock.
• Set up pantry and stock, clean and organize workstation.
• Ensure food safety with thermometer checks and sanitation practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with staff.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.
