Job summary

Bally’s Corporation is seeking a team-oriented Food Prep/Cood Cook in Dover, DE. You will prepare all food items according to orders and plating instructions, portion and prep salads, appetizers, soups, desserts, and deli items, and ensure proper temperatures and sanitation.

You’ll follow safety rules, communicate well with staff, and support a clean, efficient kitchen. Starting at $18.00 per hour, this role requires weekend, holiday, and night availability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be able to read and review documents
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items properly in accordance with printed orders and plating instructions
• Portions and prepares food items such as salads, appetizers, soups, desserts, and deli items
• Checks pars of food products and maintains cleanliness and sanitation
• Provides exceptional customer service and communicates effectively with guests and coworkers
