Job summary

Mother Wolf Miami in Miami, FL is seeking a morning prep cook to ensure the kitchen is stocked with all necessary food prep items for daily service.

You will perform all aspects of food preparation and presentation, weigh ingredients, assist in inventory, monitor daily logs, and support other stations as needed. This role requires a team player with strong communication and time-management skills, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary.
• Current food handler card.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Assists in control of inventory and supplies.
• Monitor and check daily food logs.
• Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
• Assist other stations when necessary.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
